FAQ
We are based in the North of Italy together with our cat Ozzy and dogs Billie & Ringo, living in an old house of my husbands grandfather. The house is about 100 years old looking over Lake Maggiore.
Where are you based?
Yes! We travel a lot across Europe but also around the world. We love to travel along with our couples for destination weddings or other special events. We already followed our couples to Iceland, Spain, South Africa, The Netherlands, France. We would like to add many more destinations to our list.
Do you travel?
We will send you some high-res teaser images within the first week after the wedding. For engagement/portrait sessions, you can expect to have your final gallery 3-4 weeks from our shoot date. For weddings you can expect your final gallery 8-10 weeks post wedding date.
How long wil it take to get my wedding photo's?
For weddings, we normally take bookings at least 9 to 12 months in advance so there is a good chance that we will still be available. The period from May to October are very popular months to get married. If you want to be sure that we are still free, please contact us as soon as possible.
Are you getting married last minute? Maybe we still have a spot available so please feel free to contact us.

How far do you book out and how can we book?
You’ll receive the high-res edited images via a beautiful online gallery where you can download them to your computer, as well as share with friends and family. You and the family can also order good looking products off the site such as prints, wedding albums, etc. Super nice stuff to make sure your photos don’t die on a hard drive.
How do I get my photos?
We take retouching very seriously, our goal for the image retouching is to tone the colors to make them timeless and not dated to a certain trend. We try and emulate the beauty of film in our digital images. We won’t do any body transforming as we don’t believe in that but if you’ve got some sort of blemish or small mark that you’d like us to remove in images, we got you!
